If you are unsure whether your order has been processed, please check your email for a confirmation message that includes your order details. It's possible that the email may have been filtered into your junk or spam folders, so please check there as well.

If you cannot locate the confirmation email, please contact us here and we will verify the status of your order.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team here as soon as possible. Since we aim to ship orders quickly, often within a day, we may not always be able to cancel your order before it ships.

If your order has already been shipped, don’t worry—our support team will guide you on the next steps to take.

If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with our support team right away. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it according to your request.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team here immediately. We work to process and ship orders quickly, often within a day, so it's important to inform us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the shipping address.

If it has already been shipped, we suggest contacting the courier service immediately to arrange for the delivery to be redirected to the correct address.

If you believe your product is broken, please submit our warranty claim form attached here. Once complete, a member of our support team will review the issue and get back to you shortly.

Once your order has been shipped from our distribution centre, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. This link will provide updates on the delivery status of your package. Additionally, you can use this link to set up text notifications and stay informed about your package's progress.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please note that in some cases, tracking services may mark an order as delivered before the delivery is actually complete. We recommend waiting an additional 2 days to see if your package arrives.

We apologise for the delay in your order's arrival. We recommend that you check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email for the latest updates, as there may be occasional delays with the courier that are beyond our control.

At checkout, you can choose from several shipping options, including express shipping if you prefer priority delivery. However, once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method.

Please get in touch with us if you would like to use our 30-day guarantee. Please ensure that 30-days have not passed since the delivery of your order as after this the offer is no longer valid. Kindly note, we do not cover the cost of shipping for returned used items.

Our team constantly monitors the status of returns. You can expect to receive your refund no later than 7 days after the return has been delivered to our returns facility.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for your preferred item.

1. Accessing your subscription account

To access your account, start by going to our website and clicking on "Info" in the menu bar, then select "My Subscription."

If you haven't created an account yet, choose "Create Account" and sign up using the email address associated with your order.

2. Managing your subscription

After logging into your account, you can manage your subscription by selecting "Manage Subscription" and then "See More Details." 

Here, you can update your address or payment information, adjust the frequency or size of your order, skip an order, or cancel your subscription entirely.

If you find yourself with too many tablets but want to maintain your 10% discount, consider skipping an order or changing your order's size or frequency to better match your needs.
